STURGIS -- Lilian Stone, 84, Sturgis, died at 4:39 a.m. Monday, March 8, 2004, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Stone, who died in 1986, and her daughter, Martha Adamson.
Survivors include two sons, J.W. "Stoney" Stone of Sturgis and Charlie Stone of Evansville; two brothers, L.D. Foster of Henderson and Melvin Foster of Sturgis; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis. The Rev. Jim Nicholson will officiate. Burial will be in Pythian Ridge Cemetery in Sturgis.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
